My passion for cooking and entertaining started when I was growing up back home in Cameroon. As a little girl, I watched my mom put together local spices, vegetables and roots from her farm to prepare delicious meals which she served her family with daily. I carried that passion with me when I moved to the United States and have been doing the same for family and friends. Deciding to venture out and not only share this authentic and delicious adventures with friends and family, I wanted to share it with the great Denver metro area and beyond.
Delice Afro-Caribbean Cuisine is a licensed catering company, in operation since 2019, that provides delicious, authentic cuisine for families and events in the Denver, Colorado area.
We use fresh products, seasonal ingredients, and original and authentic spices from West Africa & the Caribbean to prepare our cuisine. All of our menus are custom designed with our clients for a memorable experience.
